We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within the established time frame and receive a gift card with no expiration date or time limit to use on your next purchase.

Return Requirements

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.

If the original packaging has not been preserved, your return will be denied.

Returns from Outside the European Union

If the return is shipped from outside the EU, please note the following:

• The customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
• You must select a shipping method that does not require payment upon delivery by the recipient.
• The shipment must be fully prepaid by the sender and sent as DDP – Delivered Duties Paid.
• If we receive a return with payment due upon delivery, the package will be rejected and returned to the customer.
